I am pleased to announce that the Digitech International, Inc. and PTI Integrated Systems businesses, along with Chamberlain’s Telephone Entry Systems group, have been combined to form Chamberlain Access Solutions, a new division within The Chamberlain Group, Inc.

The formation of this new division enables our organization to offer you the most comprehensive, innovative and reliable access and security products in the self storage industry today, and expands our service and support capabilities.

All current product lines, as well as the existing Digitech and PTI brands, will be offered through Chamberlain Access Solutions, as will other Chamberlain products such as LiftMaster® gate and door operators. With the strong combination of Digitech, PTI and Chamberlain, we have a product solution for every access and security application.

Managers from all three businesses will form the division’s leadership team, and operations will continue from our Asheville, NC, Scottsdale, AZ, and Tucson, AZ locations. You may continue to contact your current PTI and Digitech support staff at the same phone and fax numbers as you have in the past.

The combined resources of Chamberlain Access Solutions enhance our ability to provide a customer experience which we are confident will exceed expectations. THE CHAMBERLAIN GROUP ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF CHAMBERLAIN® ACCESS SOLUTIONS DIVSION

The Chamberlain Group, Inc. announced the formation of Chamberlain Access Solutions today, a new division within the company that combines the recently-acquired Digitech International, Inc. and PTI Integrated Systems, along with Chamberlain’s Telephone Entry Systems group. The announcement was made by J. David Rolls, Chamberlain' chief executive officer. David Mack, who served as general manager of PTI Integrated Systems, will lead this new division, effective immediately.

“Acquiring both Digitech and PTI Integrated Systems initially demonstrated Chamberlain's commitment to establishing a stronger presence in vertical markets," stated Rolls. "Now, Chamberlain Access Solutions simultaneously combines these top-of-the-line resources and product offerings to provide customers with a comprehensive product line, expanded service and support while strengthening our position as the leading access control provider to residential and commercial markets."

The current access solution product lines, as well as existing Digitech and PTI branded products, will be offered through Chamberlain Access Solutions, as will other Chamberlain brands of products, such as LiftMaster gate access systems and door operators. The Chamberlain Professional Products group will continue to market and sell telephone entry systems as they have in the past, while benefiting from the availability and access to Digitech and PTI products offerings.

In addition, Chamberlain's international partners, PTI Australasia, PTI Europe, and PTI UK, will move forward with representing the PTI product family with the full support and dedication of the Chamberlain Access Solutions division.

Operations are planned to continue from the Asheville, NC, Scottsdale, AZ, and Tucson, AZ locations, where Digitech International, Inc., PTI Integrated Systems businesses, and Chamberlain’s Telephone Entry Systems groups are each currently located.
