Improved Technology Leads to Longer Warranties
After reviewing the results of its continuous improvement program, Digitech International, Inc. announces improved and expanded equipment warranties, effective immediately. In making announcement of the details, John Locke, Digitech’s Director of Sales and Marketing, says, “We have a program in place to ask our customers what we can do to improve equipment, systems, and the buying relationship. It has resulted in a few changes that have actually improved the performance of what was already the best access control and alarm system in the business. From a marketing standpoint, we’re ready to back it up with expanded warranties.”
The increased term of the Limited Written Warranty for Digitech International, Inc. manufactured components will be two full years, effective with all purchases after July 1, 2003. “We have also reviewed the warranties offered by other manufacturers whose equipment we resell. Most of those carry a multi-year warranty as well. What it really means is that our customers can rest in the knowledge that, while the equipment Digitech International, Inc. manufactures has a very high level of reliability and will probably never need attention, the company now has an even stronger warranty program in place just in case.”
